Clear Mushroom Soup

This is an easy and tasty soup to make. You can add a little chilli sauce or one sliced green chilli to it, if you like your soups hot.
Serves 2
Ingredients
200 gm. fresh mushrooms of choice, cleaned and thinly sliced
1 tbsp. oil
1 small onion, peeled and finely chopped
2 large cups water
1 tbsp. vegetable stock granules. I generally use Marigold vegetable Bouillon mix.
1/2 tbsp. light Soya sauce or Maggie seasoning sauce
A good sprinkle of freshly ground black pepper.
Salt, only if needed
Instructions
Heat oil in a pan. Saute onions until transparent.
Add mushrooms and stir-fry until they leave water.
Add water, bring to boil.
Add all other ingredients and mix.
Adjust seasoning to taste.
Serve piping hot.
