Microwave Cake from Biscuit Crumbs

This quick and easy cake can be made in minutes using any sweet biscuits. It is especially good for using up any broken up biscuits and crumbs. Serves 8-10
Ingredients
200-250 gm. malt or digestive or any other type of plain, sweet biscuits, including chocolate biscuits. Use mixed broken biscuits or crumbs if you have enough
2 tsp. cocoa powder, if using plain biscuits (optional)
1 cup milk
5 gm. or 1 level tsp. ENO* or other fruits salt like Andrews
A microwave suitable baking dish.
A little oil or butter to grease the baking tray
*Note: Each 5 gm. of ENO powder contains: 2.32 gm. Sodium bicarbonate, 0.50 gm. Sodium carbonate and 2.18 gm. citric acid anhydrous. Sodium content: 0.85 gm. It is often used as a raising agent in Indian cooking, especially Gujarati cooking.
Instructions
Place biscuits in a blender or chopper and make crumbs.
Add cocoa powder and enough milk to the blender and mix to make a batter of dropping consistency.
Add ENO and mix with a quick burst of blender.
Pour in a greased, microwave proof dish and cook on full power for 5 (4+1) minutes. Check by inserting a knife to ensure that it is cooked and not too moist inside. The knife should come out clean.
Cool and serve.
Notes
You can make two cakes and sandwich them with a cream filling (cream + fine sugar + a essence of choice, beaten together until stiff).
1 tbsp. full of other dry fruits like chopped, dry apricots, dates, plums can also be added to the batter, in place of raisins.
You can flavour it with vanilla essence/concentrate or other flavouring of choice.
You can add broken up bits of a chocolate bar or different nuts of choice to the batter, before pouring it in the baking dish. You can ice it with a butter icing
