Spicy Cheese Wrap

These wraps are made with ready-made square wraps, but you can use tortillas, chapatties or parathas instead. Amounts given are per wrap.

Ingredients

  • A couple of crispy gem lettuce leaves

  • 1 1/2 to 2 tbsp. grated cheese of choice

  • 1 tbsp. finely diced cucumber

  • 1 spring onion chopped (or use chopped red onion)

  • A few chopped mint leaves or cress or coriander leaves

  • A drizzle of Tahini sauce or Mayonnaise or Salad Cream

  • A drizzle of chilli sauce of choice (you can use a chutney of choice, like Green Mango Chutney

  • Other optional ingredients

  • Chopped tomatoes

  • Chopped green chilli

  • Chopped pieces of cooked/cold meats/chicken etc.

Instructions

  1. Warm and place the wrap/chapatti/tortilla on a work surface.

  2. Place lettuce and all other ingredients on top, as shown in the picture.

  3. Drizzle with sauces/chutney of choice.

  4. Serve immediately.

  5. Experiment with other fillings.
