Beetroot Salad
Chukandar Ka Salad

This simple salad is easy to put together and it is very light and refreshing, lovely with any meal, especially pies. Serves 3-4.
Ingredients
2-3 cooked beetroot
1 red/salad onion
1 tbsp. coriander leaves, finely chopped
Vinaigrette of choice or salt, pepper, lime/lemon juice to taste
Instructions
Dice beetroot finely.
Chop onion finely.
Place both together in a bowl, add vinaigrette or salt-pepper-lemon juice to taste, and mix.
