Mustard Dressing/vinaigrette

Ingredients
2 tsp. made mustard of choice, like whole grain mustard or any other French or English or American mustard
1/2 cup of any good quality vinegar
3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
Salt to taste
Freshly ground pepper to taste
1 tsp. sugar or equivalent sweetener
Optional: 1-2 tsp. dry mixed herbs
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a jar, close the lid and give it a good shake.
Add to any salad of choice, just before serving
