Honey Vinaigrette
Honey Vinaigrette

This is a light dressing for summer salads.
Ingredients
1 tsp. clear honey
1/2 cup vinegar (light balsamic or wine vinegar)
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil (less that a standard vinaigrette)
Freshly ground pepper to taste
Salt to taste, approximately 1 tsp.
1 tbsp. fresh herb like chopped dill or chives or mint, finely.
Place in a jar and shake well.
Instructions
Place everything in a jar with a tight fitting lid and shake well until well mixed.
