This is a quick recipe. Serve with freshly made toast slices, along with some shredded lettuce and a slice/wedge of lemon or use it as a sandwich filler.
Serve 4 as a starter.

Ingredients
1 tin white crab meat, approximately 1 cup. Tinned is okay, if you don't have fresh
2 tbsp. Mayonnaise
2 tbsp. Tomato ketchup
1/2 tsp. approximately Worcestershire sauce
Salt to taste (taste first,crab is slightly salty and Soya sauce also has salt)
A good sprinkle of freshly ground black pepper
Juice of 1/2 a lime or lemon
A couple of lime wedges for garnish.
Optional
Finely chopped tarragon, parsley leaves.or dill leaves
Instructions
Place crab meat, mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper and herbs, if used, in a bowl and mix until meat is broken and mixed to a smooth?sh texture.
Put into the dish you are going to serve it in. Cover in cling wrap and chill until needed.
It can be made a couple of days in advance.
You can garnish it with chopped dill or chives and lime/lemon wedges.
