Tomato and Chilli Vinaigrette

I had this vinaigrette on one of the British Airways flight from Delhi to London. The ingredients were listed on the small jar, the amounts have been guessed to my taste. Amounts given are approximate. I use much less olive oil that in a standard vinaigrette.
Ingredients
100 ml. extra virgin olive oil
100 ml. red wine vinegar or light balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp. light Soya sauce
1 sun dried tomato, very, very finely chopped
1 tsp rock salt (adjust to taste)
1 tbsp. chilli flakes (adjust to taste)
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a jar and shake vigorously until well mixed and smooth.
