Cinnamon Cooler

This is a simple and very refreshing drink. You can add other things like honey, lemon juice, fresh ginger or ginger powder to it, but do not add too many flavours.
Serves 8-10
Ingredients
4-5 cinnamon sticks of 3 inches/7-8 cm.
1 litre water to boil the cinnamon sticks
1 litre cold water
Sugar or calorie free sweetener to taste
Instructions
Bring the water and cinnamon sticks to boil in a pan. Simmer for 20 minutes to half an hour.
Turn heat off. Allow to cool down to room temperature.
Taste and if too strong, add more cold water to taste.
Add sugar or sweetener and stir in.
Serve on ice in chilled, tall glasses.
You can add a couple of mint leaves to garnish
