Khoya Condensed Milk Solid 4 (Granular) , How to make it from Ricotta Cheese
Danedar Khoya from Ricotta Cheese
500 gm. or 2 cups Ricotta Cheese
150 gm. or 3/4th to 1 cup full fat powder milk
125 gm. butter
A pinch of Cream of tartar
Place all ingredients in a heavy bottomed wok or pan and cook on moderate heat for 10-15 minutes. Cream of tartar will curdle the milk slightly, giving you a granular khoya.
