Lassi 4, A Sweet Yoghurt drink with Seasonal Fruits

A delicious, fruity, cool drink from North India, it is especially good on a hot summer day!
1 cup yoghurt
2 cups water
1 cup fruit (strawberry, peach, banana, mango, blueberry* or any other soft fruit)
1/2 cup sugar or to taste. Use sweetener for diabetics.
2-3 cubes of ice per glass
Put all ingredients except ice in a liquidizer and blend.
When using fruits like blueberries, pass through a strainer to remove bits of skin.
Put ice cubes in chilled, tall glasses. Pour lassi on top of cubes and serve with drinking straws.
*If using fruits like blueberries, it is best to sieve the lassi to remove any bits of skin floating around.
