Fennel and Cucumber Summer Salad

An old housemate created this a few years ago and that summer we enjoyed it many times sitting in our little back garden. It is particularly delicious with fish. It's really good without the oil too actually, for the health conscious.
Serves 2-4
Ingredients
Salad
1 fennel bulb, washed and very thinly sliced
1/2 a cucumber, thinly sliced
2-3 sticks of celery, peeled and sliced
A few small radishes, sliced thinly
1 tbsp. chopped Dill or feathery fennel tops
Dressing:
1 tbsp. olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt to taste
Freshly milled pepper to taste
Instructions
Place fennel, cucumber and celery in a bowl.
Sprinkle with chopped dill or feathery fennel tops
Mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Pour over the salad. Mix gently and serve.
