This simple and quick dish can be served on good granary bread, our favourite sandwiches at the Inn, which we serve on dart's nights. It can be served as a salad or a jacket potato filling.

Ingredients

  • 2 smoked mackerel fillets

  • 2-3 tbs. mayonnaise (adjust to taste)

  • 1 tsp. creamed horseradish (adjust to taste)

  • A little black pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Remove skin and flake the fish.

  2. Add mayonnaise and creamed horseradish and mix until fish is bound by it.

  3. Serve on a good granary or any other type of bread.
