Smoked Mackerel Salad, Andrew's

This simple and quick dish can be served on good granary bread, our favourite sandwiches at the Inn, which we serve on dart's nights. It can be served as a salad or a jacket potato filling.
Ingredients
2 smoked mackerel fillets
2-3 tbs. mayonnaise (adjust to taste)
1 tsp. creamed horseradish (adjust to taste)
A little black pepper (optional)
Instructions
Remove skin and flake the fish.
Add mayonnaise and creamed horseradish and mix until fish is bound by it.
Serve on a good granary or any other type of bread.
