Espresso Coffee with Chocolate or Vanilla Ice-cream

Cold coffees of all sorts are very popular in India during the summer months. You can make it with any coffee of choice.
Serves 2
Ingredients
2 cups fresh espresso coffee, strong. You can use strong instant coffee, if that is all you have
2-3 tbsp. sugar or equivalent sweetener
1 cube of 70% chocolate bar, chopped finely
2 small scoops vanilla/coffee ice-cream or fresh whipped cream
1 tsp. cocoa powder
Instructions
Place coffee in a pan and heat.
Add sugar/sweetener and chocolate. Once the sugar has dissolved and the chocolate melted, cool and refrigerate the mixture for a few hours, until well chilled.
Pour into tall glasses, half filled with crushed ice. Top with ice-cream or whipped cream.
Dust (sprinkle on top) with cocoa powder and serve with a long handled spoon.
