Carrot And White Mooli Radish Salad
Gajar Aur Mooli ka Salad

This is a tasty and simple, everyday salad, made regularly throughout the Mooli and carrot season (winter) in northern India.
Ingredients
1 white radish, peeled and grated
2 medium carrots, peeled and grated
1 green chilli, chopped finely
Dressing:
Juice of 1 lime/lemon or 2 tbsp. good quality vinegar
Freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp. rock salt
Instructions
Place carrots,mooli, half the green chillies, salt and pepper in a bowl. Dribble lemon juice/vinegar on top and mix well.
Garnish with remaining green chillies.
Cover with a cling film and chill in a fridge.
