Chinese Sauce for Roast Duck/Pork

This sauce can be served with roast, barbecued or even fried meats.
Ingredients
1 table spoon Hoi Sin sauce
2 table spoon Soy sauce
2 table spoon honey
1 tea spoon finely chopped ginger
2 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 tea spoon salt
1/4 tea spoon pepper
2 table spoon water
Instructions
Combine the above in a small saucepan and heat gently, stir mixture until honey melts and all are smoothly mixed, for 5 minutes. Add water if it is too thick. Strain mixture into a serving dish. You can proportionately increase the amount to get any amount you need.
