Tomato and Basil Salad

This is an extremely quick, yet refreshing salad to make.
Ingredients
1 firm, ripe tomato per person
A sprinkle of freshly ground rock salt
A sprinkle of freshly ground black pepper
A handful of fresh basil (tulsi) leaves or a few onion chives
A little extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
Cut tomatoes into wedges or slices and place in a bowl or plate.
Add a handful of basil leaves or finely chopped chives.
Sprinkle salt and pepper.
Serve with a drizzle of olive oil.
