Fruit and Ham Salad

Ingredients
Any fruits of choice like Kiwi fruit, Peaches, Mangoes, Sharon fruits etc., sliced in circles
Few seedless grapes, cleaned and washed
A few strawberries, washed and hulled
1 lime, halved
Couple of slices of Prosciutto ham per person
One carton of sour cream
Instructions
Divide and arrange fruit nicely on side plates (1/2 or 1/4 plates), along with 2 slices of Prosciutto ham per plate.
Squirt a little lemon juice onto fruits, to stop discolouration.
Serve chilled, with sour cream in a small pot, for people to help themselves. Usually, no dressing is required.
