Salmon or Tuna Fish and Corn Salad

Mamta Gupta

This is a very quick and easy salad to make, all you need is a tin of corn, a tin of salmon or tuna fish and some mayonnaise (Pic 1 & 3). You can add other things to it, like chopped onion, green chillies, tomatoes etc. (Pic 2 & 4)

You can use it as a filling for delicious sandwiches, rolls (Pic 5 & 6) or Taco (Pic 7) or, Pita bread pockets. It can be served as a side dish at buffets. Tinned Salmon can be used in place of tinned Tuna. Serves 4
