Onion Raita (Yoghurt)

Pyaz ka Raita

Mamta Gupta

A simple but delicious yoghurt dish, to serve with an Indian meal. Serve 4-6

Ingredients

  • 1 to 1 1/2 cup yoghurt

  • 1/2 red onion, peeled and finely chopped

  • 1 green chilli, chopped finely

  • 1 tsp. chopped mint leaves

  • 1/2 tsp. salt

  • 1/2 tsp. roast cumin, coarsely ground

Instructions

  1. Place everything in a bowl and mix well. Serve chilled, with an Indian meal.
