Santre ka Squash
This is a very quick drink to make. As it has no additives, make only a small amount at a time.
1 litre fresh orange juice
1 kg. sugar
Place both ingredients in a pan and bring to boil. Boil for one minute.
Allow to cool and bottle and keep in the fridge.
To serve, dilute required amount of squash with enough cold water to suit your taste and add ice.
To keep it longer, add a pinch of sodium benzoate.
