Milk Shake, Banana
Banana Milk Shake
A simple but tasty, nourishing and drink. Serves 3-4
2 glasses cold milk
1 tbs. sugar or sugar substitute (to taste), if required
1 large or 2 small bananas, 1/4th of it thinly sliced and kept aside for garnish
Place all ingredients, except sliced banana, in a blender and blend for 10-15 seconds maximum.It will become frothy. Do not blend for too long.Adjust sweetness.Pour in individual glasses, over 1-2 cubes of ice.Garnish with 2-3 slices of bananas on each glass and serve.
You can make milk shakes like this from most seasonal fruits.
