Milk Shake, Banana Chocolate

Banana Chocolate Milk Shake

A simple but tasty, nourishing and drink.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 glass cold milk

  • 2 tbs. chocolate milk shake powder

  • 1 tbs. sugar or sugar substitute (to taste)

  • 5-6 skinless almonds

  • 1 small banana, 1/4th of it thinly sliced and kept aside for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients, except sliced banana, in a blender and blend for 10-15 seconds maximum. It will become frothy.

  2. Place 1-2 ice cubes each, in 2 serving glasses.

  3. Pour over the milk shake.

  4. Decorate with banana slices and a sprinkle of chocolate powder.

  5. Serve immediately.
