Smoked Salmon and Avocado Dip
Smoked Salmon and Avocado Dip
This is a very quick dip to make and it tastes delicious. You can serve it with Pitta bread or Nan or small pieces of toasted bread.
Ingredients
- 1 tin of smoked salmon
- 1 ripe avocado pear, peeled and stone removed and mashed
- 2 tbsp. good quality mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- A little freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. fresh dill leaves or parsley leaves, finely chopped, to garnish
Instructions
- Drain oil off the fish and mash it with a fork.
- Add all other ingredients except dill or parsley. Mix well
- Adjust seasoning.
- Garnish with dill or parsley.
- Serve cool with hot bread of any type.
