Onion Raita (Yoghurt)
Pyaz ka Raita
A simple but delicious yoghurt dish, to serve with an Indian meal.
Serve 4-6
Ingredients
- 1 to 1 1/2 cup yoghurt
- 1/2 red onion, peeled and finely chopped
- 1 green chilli, chopped finely
- 1 tsp. chopped mint leaves
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. roast cumin, coarsely ground
Instructions
- Place everything in a bowl and mix well.
- Serve chilled, with an Indian meal.
