Coriander Leaves Raita (Yoghurt)
Dhania Raita
All amounts are approximate, adjust to taste.
Serves 4 as a side dish.
Ingredients
- 2 cups of thick, fresh yoghurt (dahi)
- A handful of coriander leaves, washed, drained and chopped
- 1 green chilli, finely chopped. Add more, if you like hot food.
- Salt to taste
- A good sprinkle of freshly ground, coarse black pepper
- For garnish:
- A large pinch of roasted cumin seeds coarsely ground
- A few coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Place everything except garnish ingredients in a bowl and mix with a fork.
- Serve chilled, garnished with coriander leaves and roast cumin.
