Banana Chocolate Milk Shake
A simple but tasty, nourishing and drink.
Serves 2
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 glass cold milk
- 1 large or two small bananas
- 2 tbsp. chocolate powder
- 5-6 skinless almonds
- 1 tbsp. sugar or sugar substitute. Adjust to taste, I don't use any at all.
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 10-15 seconds maximum. It will become frothy.
- Place 1-2 ice cubes each if wanted, in 2 serving glasses.
- Pour over the milk shake.
- Decorate with a sprinkle of chocolate powder, if you wish.
- Serve immediately.
