Banana Chocolate Milk Shake

Drink Easy Indian Sweet Vegetarian

A simple but tasty, nourishing and drink.

Serves 2

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 glass cold milk
  • 1 large or two small bananas
  • 2 tbsp. chocolate powder
  • 5-6 skinless almonds
  • 1 tbsp. sugar or sugar substitute. Adjust to taste, I don't use any at all.

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 10-15 seconds maximum. It will become frothy.
  2. Place 1-2 ice cubes each if wanted, in 2 serving glasses.
  3. Pour over the milk shake.
  4. Decorate with a sprinkle of chocolate powder, if you wish.
  5. Serve immediately.
