Apricot and Raisin Oat Flapjacks
Apricot and Raisin Oat Flapjacks
Flapjacks are Oatmeal bars, a type of chewy cakes, which are made in 100s of different combinations. Here I have used dry apricots and raisins, but you can use any dry fruit you want. Traditionally, they contain golden syrup, but I always make them with honey. You can adjust amount of fat/oil and sugar to your liking. |They are easy to make. Homemade ones are easy to make and are miles cheaper than shop bought bars. You can make them with muesli too. Makes approximately 24.
