A message to those who've emailed Mamta with queries or recipes in recent months. She's accidentally lost an Inbox folder of such emails which was waiting to be processed, and it cannot be retrieved. She always responds to all such emails, so if you've not heard back from her, please resend if you can!

Mamta's Curry in Leon Restaurants

We're very happy to share the news that London-based fabs of Mamta's Kitchen can now enjoy two dishes based on Mamta's basic curry sauce at Leon restaurants. Their new autumn winter menu launches on the 28th September.

In other news, we've tentatively set the date for the next Mamta's Kitchen cookery class as Saturday 5th November 2011. Depending on demand, we are looking at running this class on similar basis to our previous Indian Meal classes but with fish and vegetable dishes only.

3rd Class on 5 November - Pescetarian?

We've tentatively set the date for the next Mamta's Kitchen cookery class as 5 November. Depending on demand, we are looking at running this class on similar basis to our previous Indian Meal classes but with fish and vegetable dishes only.

Please let your pescetarian friends know (some will call themselves vegetarians who eat fish) and if we have enough interest that's what we'll do.

Autumn Draws In

Here in England, autumn has arrived. The days are shorter and with lots of rain and cloud, though some lovely sunny days, like today!

(The 30th September is nearly always sunny, which is good as it's both Gupta daughters' birthdays!)
