Spring is nearly here!

Spring is nearly here and with it come many seasonal foods, vegetarian and non-vegetarian. Seasonal things always taste far better than out of season things. So get your seasonal food of choice, wherever you live, then look on this website for an Indian recipe to cook it. If you need any help, come and ask on out Forum.

Lovely article in the Guardian by the fabulous Henry Dimbleby featuring Mamta and Mamta's Kitchen.

It's lovely to see Henry share what he learned from Mamta's Kitchen. We must add a proviso though -- be generous with spicing, yes... but not too generous -- over-spicing can ruin a dish as easily as under-spicing it!
