Dear Mamta, I am about to make your delicious afghan chicken curry and wondered if i could freeze it at the marinading stage. Would it be OK or do you think the yoghurt wouldn't do well in the freezer.
Any advice gratefully received.

I am not sure, I don't think I have frozen chicken at marinating stage for a curry. I do that with tandoori chicken sometimes, if I have bought the chicken fresh/chilled, not defrosted one.
How about bringing it to a brisk boil for a few minutes, but not wait until it is tender, and then freezing it? Perhaps less risk of salmonella this way!
