Lovely article in the Guardian by the fabulous Henry Dimbleby featuring Mamta and Mamta's Kitchen.
It's lovely to see Henry share what he learned from Mamta's Kitchen. We must add a proviso though -- be generous with spicing, yes... but not too generous -- over-spicing can ruin a dish as easily as under-spicing it!
I though it was coming today, so didn't get The Guardian yesterday! I did tell him about not over spicing, but it was probably too late to make corrections.
Good to see the article, more people getting to know what we know already!!!
