Love the site, as everyone who posts obviously does!

About 20 years ago an Anglo-Indian friend gave me a recipe which she just called "White Chicken Curry". It was coconut based and had, as it's name suggests, an almost pure white colour. Unfortunately I've lost the recipe and my friend has long gone.

I wonder if anyone has any ideas?

Thanks

David

Hello David

I will think about it later, got to do some gardening done today. It might have had almond/cashew paste, along with coconut and no turmeric/tomatoes/paprika, which give the curry it's colour. Let me think about it later.

Look for 'safed' (white) chicken recipe on google.in in the mean time.

Hello David

See if this sounds familiar; White meat or Chicken curry

It is a bit like Afgani Chicken curry, just a bit richer.

Afgani chicken curry sounds interesting and easy, might give it a go.
