Hello everyone,I am a baking Enthusiast and I want to try out different types of bread,It is said that a mixtureof rye flour and white or whole wheat flour gives a better and tasty loaf of bread, but I do not know what Rye flour is called in Hindi or if Rye flour available in India I would appriciate if anybody could shed some light on this question.

Ragi is finger millet! Look at the difference of seed head of Millet, and Ragi finger millet and Rye in wikipaedia. They are grass family, but different.
