I've got cooked, sliced (chunky though) lamb, and a large pot of surplus yoghurt.

Has anybody got a recipe that I could use?

Taste over spiciness, sweetness, hotness is my preference.

Martin, please take a few pictures as you go along.

Careful though, too much yogurt will spoil the taste of lamb curry. Use minimal.

Another option would be to make a thick raita, buy or make some flatbread, and stir fry the lamb with a few spices and then make a fabulous wrap with both in...?
