hello ,
i like this site as it is conveniant and nearer to indian taste.
but i havent found any recipi of how to make different style VERMICELLIES
or( suwayyan) as we say in urdu .
as far as i made these they are some time very liqued some time very sweet . some time iit become a lump or doughy consistancy .
so plz help me .
