Dear Mamta, just craving a good veggie curry packed with a real kick and full of my "5 a day" veggies, which of your excellent recipes would you best recommend?
Best wishes Winton
Dear Mamta, thanks for your reply, in the end just made a potato, cauliflower and pea curry using your recommended curry sauce. Worked out great!
Afraid the hackers could be back again as your link http://www.mamtaskitchen.com/recipe_display.php?d=13399 is not working. Don't they have anything better to do?
Hope you had a good afternoon bird watching. I often go down to Tower Hamlets cemetery, now basically a nature reserve and always find some unusual sightings!
Much love, Winton
Dear Mamta, just seen your kind reply has been mysteriously removed. Hackers about?
No I am trying to get the link right and it keeps failing, I will get it right in the end, wait!
Link should be - http://www.mamtaskitchen.com/recipe_display.php?id=13399

Hello Winton
Sorry, had to delete my last post, links were all wrong! It was not hackers, I kept missing some letter somewhere! I hope it works this time! I was out all day bird watching yesterday, in rain with a rucksack on my back. I had a wonderful day but am still tired.
What I wrote was roughly this;
If you tell me which vegetables you have handy, I will be able to recommend a suitable curry. Also, are you looking for a ?dry? bhaji or a curry with gravy? Tell me what you have or what are your favourite vegetables, then I will tell you which recipe to try.
Potato and Peas Curry and Potato Curry are good. Aloo Palak (spinach and Potato is also nice)
Mamta
Thanks Steve. It is one of those mornings! And, I have to leave in a minute!
Thanks Mamta, sorry I was just worried some unwanted visitors had hacked in again.
I made the veggie curry, potatoes, cauliflower (leaves and stalks) peas but no tomatoes. It turned out great with a nice mustard, piccalilli flavour.
Will certainly make again and submit the recipe.
