Could you tell me under which name I could find these items in my local store

(Nepalese bias by the way):

Black mustard seed

Allspice berries

Dill seed

Celery seed

Mace blades

In search of the perfect pickled onion!

Black mustard seed = Rai (raii)

Allspice berries = Not Indian, buy as 'allspice'

Dill seed = Soa or Sua, but should be available as Dill in UK

Celery seed = Ajmoda or ajmud (not very often used in Indian cuisine, but used in herbal remedies.

Mace blades = Javitri
