Hi Mamta - just a quick thanks for your tomato and basil soup recipe. Made it yesterday. I doubled all the ingredients as I have an abundance of tomatoes and basil so it was perfect and very, very tasty.

While re-visiting it, I noticed that I had written bouquet garni in place of bouillon DOH! Although bouquet garni will only add some flavour, I did mean bouillon in this instance !!
