made a simple curry with tilapia, a farmed fresh water fish. Sauce mainly coconut and dill based, with finely sliced sweet red peppers. Superb.
I've decided to try a new fish (to me) every Friday, (no I'm not Catholic) as I can get most fish in the local market. Next week ruhu (carp), then barracuda and parrot fish. Don't like the look of the smoked fish, which are sold looking as though they are biting their own tails!!
