i was looking to make thandai... it is not clear from your recipe as to how many glasses it will make (without the milk). I want to make it in a large enough quantity (the way my mother makes by boiling it with sugar) and keep it in the fridge to be used everyday over 2-3 weeks or more (hers usually lasts at least that long). Will your recipe make enough for that purpose or do I double it, triple it, etc.?

If you look at the author's name, both the Thandai recipes here are actually your mother's. Though I love it, I rarely make it, so she gave hers to me.
The powder one you know well, she brought it for you last summer. The liquid one will probably make around 2 litres. One glass will be about 250 ml. at a guess, so it will be enough for 8 people.
When you make it, will you please check this out. Also, you MUST take some good pictures, okay!
