Hello
I love tempura, veg, chicken and/or prawns.
After many of my own batter attempts I bought a mix from Japanese Kitchen (Tempurako) "Nissin"??!!!!
Anyway ... followed instructions, as always, to the letter and although the batter is lovely and light its not clinging to the Veg/cicken/prawn as I would like.
Any thoughts?

Potentially the mix was thin ... though should nothave been as I had more mix to water ratio than suggested.
I haven't dusted them in flour either .. assume plain flour?
Will try again with both comments in mind
