Many thanks for your whole chicken tandoori recipe, Mamta (Masaledar Tandoori Murga): it works a treat with quails. We had it last night, and my wife loved it.

What is more, our kids sniffed the aroma of the spice mix, and started pinching it. We encouraged them, since we're keen to expand the range of dishes that the whole family eats. This is now the third Indian dish eaten by us and our kids.

It's set to become a staple in our household.
