Has anybody got any recipes for pickles or chutneys using sweet peppers.

Have a look at the Pickle and Chutney selections I'm sure the tomato type ones would easily take peppers with or instead of.

I "goggled" Red pepper chutney and found lots of them - Hattie

You can make chutney from a huge number of fruits and vegetables. Basically, they all need vinegar, sugar, salt and spice of choice. Green chillies, onions, herbs like coriander can also be added. So try making it with whatever you have surplus.
