For Lemon Grass - Lemon Verbena or Lemon Balm?

Not sure Tim, its not something I use a lot of, in fact only used it once or twice and then it was only following a recipe.

I would use lemon zest, the lemon oil is similar to lemon grass oil, and not like the herbs you mention, although the flavour components are similar.
