Hello Mamta

I read what was mentioned on your page regarding how to preserve coriander; How to preserve coriander leaves. I have a new way that I use all the time but these leaves are used for cooking and not as fresh coriander.

  1. Wash, drain and then chop the coriander leaves in the sizes desired.

  1. Then put on a skillet with just a bit of oil (Vegitable or Olive Oil as desired).

  1. Heat just enough for the coriander to darken in color but not very well done.

  1. Wait till cooled and then place in container or plastic bag and preserve in the fridge.

You can use to put in your dishes when needed. This meathod will preserve their taste and color

Tell me if you find this way good!!!!
