I'm looking for a recipe, most likely a poultry recipe that has a 'soft' citrus flavour. I'm looking for citrus flavour without citrus sharpness.
Could you suggest a recipe? Perhaps a recipe using marmalade, for instance might be suitable?

For making chicken with lemon flavour, without adding lemon, try lemon grass or lime peel. Preserved lemons do not give a strong flavour.
Any simple recipe will be suitable. Try looking at recipe numbers 10442, 10159, 10298, 10011.
