tell me the meaning of tahini (in urdu & english) sauce used in Shawarma

FOR THE SAUCE:

1 cup tahini

I don't think there is an Urdu word for it, there isn't one in Hindi. It is made of ground sesame seeds (Til), which contain a lot of oil. It is like smooth peanut butter.

I might as well add that there are two basic types of Tahini paste, one is almost white in colour and made from plain sesame seeds and the other is more yellow (look like a light peanut butter) colour which is made from roasted sesame seeds.
