Hi All
I recently went to a new Indian Restaurant and they served a dish I hadnt tried before - they called it Shahi Vegetable Massala and I would like to try making it. . not sure where to start though!
The vegetables were Chick Peas, Cauliflower and Potato
The sauce was thick and very tasty, like a massala sauce, but it was deep yellow in colour
Does anyone know how to make this and cooking times etc?
The veg was quite soft in the curry
