Made Mamtas sausage curry with pre-fried onions last night, absolutely delicious and recommended.

Just wondering how to store the pre-fried onions, maybe freeze them?

I don't use them too often, so I keep my packet in the freezer. Otherwise, fired things tend to go off and smell after a while on the shelf.
